Orders placed up until 2pm on the 20th December will be shipped by your chosen courier. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped from the 2nd January 2025.
Please do allow a couple of extra days for your order to reach you when processed on the 2nd January.

How Delivery Works
Customers are charged postage based on the weight of the order and where in the world the goods are being delivered. This is calculated for you in the website checkout area, making the shopping process quick and easy for our customers.
Please note all customs, duties and related costs are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Any parcels returned due to unpaid costs will be subject to re-quotation and payment. Please ensure you have provided all the contact contact information for this purpose.

Product Shipping Notice
Please note any products deemed as “Dangerous” I.E. Blank Firers, Blanks & Launchers will be subject to limitation on shipping. Some couriers may not accept items under this classification and therefore are unable to be dispatched. If you are unsure, please contact us directly to discuss any solutions we may be able to offer you.
Broken, Damaged or Missing Goods
When you receive your delivery please check everything is in the package you ordered against your invoice/delivery note. Please advise within 24 hours of your goods being delivered if anything is missing/damaged.
For us to make a claim with postal or courier companies and to replace your goods we will need photographic evidence of damaged boxes, packages and damaged/missing goods. Please also sign damaged or missing goods as “damaged delivery, goods not checked”
Products/Goods always remain the property of Sporting Saint until goods/products have been paid for in full.
Packaging options
No Packaging – Loose Products
If you opt to have your items shipped as “loose products” – they will arrive with NO packaging, NO barcodes & NO product name/description.
We’re always looking for ways to make our business more sustainable, therefore we now ship all of our items without any unnecessary packaging as standard. If you wish to have your items shipped with packaging, you can change your packaging preferences at any point from within your account.
Swing Ticket (including barcode)
If you opt to have your items shipped with a Swing Ticket – they will arrrive with Sporting Saint branded premium swing ticket and barcode. The barcode will include a product name & code. These tags are great for easy hanging displays and allow you to clearly display the product. Some items that are unable to be tagged will be header-carded and bagged. Item that are prepackaged will arrive in their original packaging.
Header Card & Plastic Bag (including barcode)
If you opt to have your items shipped with a Header Card & Plastic Bag – they will arrive with a Sporting Saint branded header card and barcode. The barcode will include a product name & code. Some items that are unable to be bagged will have a Swing Ticket as default. Items that are prepackaged will arrive in their original packaging.
