FAQ’s

Q: How does the Cooling Coat work?

A: The Cooling Coat is made with a super absorbent PVA lining that activates when soaked in cold water. The material absorbs and retains water, providing a cooling effect as it evaporates, which helps lower your dog’s body temperature without needing to freeze.

Q: How long does the cooling effect last?

A: The cooling effect can last for several hours, depending on the temperature and humidity. You can re-soak the coat as needed to maintain its cooling effect throughout the day.

Q: How do I use the Cooling Coat?

A: Soak the coat in cold water until fully saturated and wring out the excess water.
Place the coat on your dog and adjust the straps for a snug fit.

Q: How often should I re-soak the coat?

A: Re-soak the coat as often as needed, especially if you notice it starting to dry out. The frequency will depend on the ambient temperature, humidity, and your dog’s activity level.

Q: Can the Cooling Coat be used indoors?

A: Yes, the Cooling Coat can be used indoors in hot environments to help keep your dog cool and comfortable. It’s versatile enough for both indoor and outdoor use.

Please use the coat responsibly – Not for use in extreme weather conditions and maintaining the coat in a prime condition is required for proper functionality.
