Hello, so where to begin? I am Lucy, who has always loved working dogs, but in particular, English Springer Spaniels. The love for working springers has been shared by my dad. My dad has always had English Springer Spaniels which he has always worked, so I grew up and fell in love with the breed.

We are delighted to be in association with Nick Price and his fantastic team of Gundogs. From working with Operational Dogs when working as a Police Officer, Nick has a huge amount of knowledge when it comes to training and is a member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers and a Master Trainer with the Guild of Professional Dog Trainers.

My name is Jodie and in live in Warwickshire with my 5 dogs. I have started working tests with my springer who came 3rd November last year and 1st in our first novice working test in April this year. I hope to train my young dogs up to compete also, but for now, we are enjoying training! We have recently acquired our kennel name, Liverarch gundogs.

Daisy is 8 years old and has always shown an interest in training her Mum’s labs since she was 4 years old. Daisy has competed in some working tests with her 3 year old lab Nova, gaining awards. She is an asset to Sporting Saint and we are extremely proud to be in association with such a great young handler.

My name is Fraser and I have owned and trained Gundogs for nearly 20yrs, the majority of these being Springer Spaniels with the odd Labrador. In the past I have competed in working tests and field trials with my Spaniels, I have had a few awards in field tests but not so lucky in field trials as of yet. I’ll be looking to do more competitions in the future.

We are incredibly thankful to Sporting Saint for aiding his journey into the Gundog World and helping him continue to flourish in an environment he loves so much! As he continues to grow up, it’s great seeing him now pass on knowledge he’s gained about dogs onto others on shoot days!

Holly-Jane is an avid working test competitor with her HPR, Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla Freya (Zoldmali Trilla at Russetpeak), and received early success winning out of novice dog novice handler at her first competition.  Whilst relatively new to the gundog world, she spends her weekends at training events and supporting other novice handlers that are passionate about the sport.
